We've been providing support in Davis and surrounding areas since 1996. Our main goal is to help you manage technology, not the other way. We offer support service at our office and in-home. We also offer rates at the level you need. Don't be fooled by the big box guys. Your computer needs personal attention. Our skilled staff, along with our tools, leverage the quality that you will only find at a local shop. So, why wait any longer? Come in and give us a try!

Our service rates are based on response times. This means that we will get started on your issue within that time. It does not necessarily mean that we will finish within that time. Although, we will try! Basically, if you need a part to fix the issue, we need to wait till it is available. We do not charge a diagnostic fee. Why pay additional fees you don't need to.

We can fix anything from Server Active Directory and Exchange issues to just getting your multi-function printer setup correctly. We work on Windows and Mac systems alike. We fix virus and spyware issues. Run out of room on your hard drive? Get a bigger one installed. We will move your OS and data to the new one. Can't figure out why your computer is so slow or reboots randomly? We can.

We also have remote support service!
As long as you have a functioning internet connection, we can help you remotely. This means that we can work on almost any device that has an internet connection. Yes, that means Windows, Apple, Linux, Windows Mobile and even Blackberry! Wouldn't you like to get help anywhere you needed it? Our remote support service is secure and easy.

Our client uses a 256-bit AES SSL encryption. There is no need to open any firewall ports so your network stays secure. Once we are done, our software will be completely removed from your system. At the end of you session you will be asked to fill out a short survey about our preformance. This will help us provide you with the best possible service we can offer you.
